As soon as a customer places an
order, it goes immediately to the print lab for
processing. Completion times will be based on the order in which the
print is received, typical within 5 business days. Once the order is
completed, it will be
shipped directly from their facility to your residence.
Shipping fees will be added upon checkout based on size
and type of media selected. FOR PRINTS Shipping times range from 3-8
business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order
has been shipped.
Our policy here at JP Nature Photography is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us through contact page, and include your order
number and a brief description of what is wrong with product.
Note: There’s a 30% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
